Cloudy Days
On days where there is not enough sunlight to heat your water from your roof, your cylinder is able to be electrically boosted from the grid, which means you will have reliable hot water even on cloudy or wet days.

Morning Boost
If you use hot water at regular times of the day, like early in the morning (e.g. early shower before work), you can program the Hot PV™ Controller to grid boost if your cylinder is not quite warm enough, ensuring reliable hot water when you use it most.
